Im not involved, so I can't comment on the situation. However, I did see this note on their facebook page in response to a person asking how they can sign up because they live away from the county.

"Hi Alan, we are in process of setting up a system for signing up supporters from outside the County or that live abroad. I will get back to you when we have it all sorted out."

Just for reference point, here are some links:

Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/club.faithful
Twitter: https://twitter.com/ClubFaithful @clubfaithful. They seem to use this hastag a bit, but i am not sure if they have a policy on that: #clubfaithful

Offaly Hurling and Football Panels To Take Part In Awakening Walk

Club Faithful To Stage Canal Walk To Signal New Era

Club Faithful are holding an awakening walk along the Grand Canal on New Years Eve), the 31st December, to signal the start of a new era in supporting Offaly. Both the hurling and football panels are taking part in the event with it all culminating in a social gathering in O'Connor Park.
The footballers will commence their relay walk/run in Edenderry at 12.30pm while the senior hurling panel will set out from Shannon Harbour at the same time with both proceeding along the canal to meet in Tullamore that afternoon.
Supporters are urged to get out and support the lads as they display a show of unity in meeting up at the end of the voyage in Tullamore. Both panels, who will complete it in a relay style will make it to Tullamore at 3pm and proceed to O'Connor Park where kids will be able to have a puck around/kick around with both panels at either end of the pitch. There will also be refreshments for the children and a cup of tea for the adults.
This will symbolise a new beginning and the players uniting will also signify that they are fully behind the venture also.
It is also planned to have various clubs along the route to come out in force and support the lads on their various relay change positions. From the Edenderry side, places like Rhode, Daingean, Daingean, Ballycommon and Cappincur all have to be passed and clubs and supporters are urged to get out and show their support.
From Shannon Harbour, the hurlers will pass such places as Clononey Castle, the bridge between Cloghan and Ferbane, Pullough, and Rahan before converging on Tullamore.
There will be live updates on our Facebook page also with pictures and status updates on both panels and keep tuned to our Facebook and Twitter page for more information as the event draws closer.
For a day of fun for all the family and a chance to support our County teams, people of all ages are asked to come out and support. This is not a financial initiative but one to show everyone that Club Faithful and the players want to drive our teams forward in unity together.
Meanwhile Offaly and Laois clash in the first round of the O'Byrne Cup on Sunday in O'Connor Park at 2pm. This will be the first competitive game for Club Faithful to hold their Supporters Zone in O'Connor Park and talks are ongoing as to the location of the zone in the grounds. Check out our Facebook and Twitter pages during the week where the location will be posted when confirmed. Membership to Club Faithful will also be available to purchase on the day.

Getting in to tullamore at 3pm should help the boys beat the crowd in to the bridge house for new years eve celebrations!! although its always trying to get a taxi home at 2am that I found was the most hardship!!

Following on from the great crowds at our awakening walk, we now have our first competitive game of the year on Sunday. Laois come to Tullamore on Sunday for the O'Byrne Cup clash at 2pm and we want to see a big Offaly following.

We are delighted to have our supporters zone up and running for Sunday and we will meet in the room under the stand after the game for a cup of tea and a chat about the game and to look forward to Gracefield on Wednesday night.

Emmet McDonnell and some of the players will also join us. Membership can be taken on the day also and is only 20 euro.

Hope to see you all there on Sunday. Lets get the year off to a positive start.

The Offaly team to face Laois in the O'Byrne Cup has been named.

The derby clash at Tullamore is new manager Emmet McDonnell's first competitive game in charge of the Faithful County and he has opted to go with the following personnel:
Alan Mulhall;
David Hanlon, Paul McConway, Sean Pender;
Brian Darby, Derek Kelly, Graham Guilfoyle;
Alan McNamee, Richie Dalton;
Ross Brady, Brian Connor, Eoin Carroll;
Matthew Mitchell, Niall McNamee, Anton Sullivan.

Big representation from the reds, would McDonnell have worked wilth these in St. Mary's?????

It'd be great if we could keep this thread to Supporters Club's activities please lads. Feel free to post on the thread about the Laois game or start a new one if you feel it's appropriate.

Will this be anything like Creedence Clearwater Revival?
Because I didn't care much for them.
