Shark Attacks 2005.

Post by azoffaly »

Hi lads and ladies,

Have any of ye made up yer minds about league games etc? I'm wondering if the Shark will be appearing during the league or is he a dry ground specialist?

Just looking at the hurling fixtures there - that has to be the most depressing sight ever - Derry, Westmeath, Kildare, Roscommon - not exactly the exalted hurling company to inspire us. League campaign is gonna be a going thru the motions to get back to division 1 job & nth else. itll do nth to prepare us for the championship or even be much of an indicator for tryin out new fellas - has to be done though i suppose. hard graft back to the top starts here.

The shark

The Shark in either or both of the 3D and flag format should make most matches. Offhand I'm not sure where some of the hurling games are, but within reason I'd say we should make most.

Incidentally, looking at the schedule for week 2 of the football, of the teams with floodlights, (Cork, Kerry, Dublin) only Kerry are at home - to us. So chances are TG4 will want a live Sat night match of some kind, leaving me to assume there'll be a glaring opportunity for the shark to have a wee overnight stint in Tralee.

Anyone else thinking along these lines?

Derry and Kildare at home, Westmeath and Roscommon away.

Hurling league matches.

That all seems relatively feasible. I reckon the shark will have a presence in those games.
