Barring club commitments I am good to go. Did you try Tommy Anderson from Aughaboy as a referee. He is qualified now and did a charity match last Saint Stephen's Day for us and did a good job of it i.e. didn't take it too seriously.

On the bright side...

Just to cheer everybody up. Some of you may be aware of the hospital request show which is broadcast on Staurday mornings on Midlands 103. The following is a loose transcript of a recent conversation on it between the two hosts Betty and Big Ed (I say loose because I didn't actually hear it myself a...

Why was Ferbane's match against Edenderry whaich was fixed for the Thursday after the Leinster Final cancelled when neither of us have any county players? The fact that Ross Brady was on the minors wouldn't have made a difference because the minors would have been out that weekend anyway. What reall...

Sure why not. Maybe not up to standard on back of last Sunday's performance. I can run really fast though. :)

We won 3-9 to 2-6. Played well. Big wind. Were 1-8 to 0-1 up at half time. They got a penalty and scored it right at start of second half. Why didn't they plant trees in Ballinamere twenty years ago to stop that wind coming straight down the pitch? Every time we play there it is the same. The prevai...

Not on until tonight. Pitch was unplayable in Walsh Island the other night. I thought you would have had a little bit more faith in us than that LS. I will let you know how it goes tomorrow

This is what was on the hoganstand website last week. Just thought it was funny. We picked up two points alright... :D

Played it the other day. Average at best. I played for a half with Offaly against New York and it was only 0-1 to 0-0. Also I don't know who kicked my point although it did look a little like Neville Coughlan. TheManFromFerbane should stay away from creating virtual teams after the Championship Mana...

Lowry isn't being considered for goals. They are playing him in the forwards. He played midfield for the U21s against the seniors last Sunday but that was just due to players missing and injured methinks.

Whatever about teams you have to wonder about a referee who decides to wear a black jersey while refereeing the under 21 match between Ferbane and Gracefield.
