The view is decent. However last time I was there, as soon as I sat down, a voice started repeating "unexpected item in the bagging area" for the next two hours.
All check out operators to Cusack Park on Sunday!

Re: Offaly vs Westmeath 2016 Leinster Q-final - Sunday June

SearingDrive - thank you for that most informative contribution. I am delighted to see that your literacy skills have progressed beyond the letters A B and C. No problem at all. I do have the whole alphabet. It was just a joke, and I am grammatically correct. Best of luck on Sunday, hope you avoid t...

Re: Offaly v Laois LSHC Quarter-final, Sunday 5th June

Great win yesterday, huge turnaround from Westmeath game at the start of May. Offaly really pulled away in second half, Galway will be miles better than Laois, so another big performance will be needed. Just as an aside, Looking at the programme for yesterday, it had a few errors. Match time 3pm Tit...

Re: Offaly v Laois LSHC Quarter-final, Sunday 5th June

Just saw the team ,look ok . i think J Bergin at centre forward will bring a bit of quality to a line that was terrible the last day . i wouldnt have dropped Kiely ,i think he should be in midfield ahead of P Camon . D Mooney and J Mulrooney are lucky to get another start in my opinion neither are ...

Re: U21 Hurling Championship.

TG4 is showing the final quarter final on Wednesday next 1st June, Wexford v Dublin. Chance to see what the standard is like in this years championship with the winners playing Westmeath in the semi final. For what it's worth both Leinster minor finalists from 3 years ago, Kilkenny and Laois are go...

Re: U21 Hurling Championship.

Kaiser Chief - I just checked Leinster Council website and it definitely says the game is fixed for Netwatch Cullen Park in Carlow. Maybe this is subject to change ??? Apologies for bringing up "garrison games" but even if we lost first two games in Euros we would still be in with a shout...

Re: Offaly County Board Thread

We some how have lads praising the CB....lone shark as usual sticking up for his fellow club man. If Boland and his buddies don't leave soon noting will ever change for Offaly. The usual nonsense. Changing the Co. Board executive is not the answer. Offaly's problems are well aired, lack of attentio...

Re: U21 Hurling Championship.

I assume Kiely isn't starting due to being suspended after the red card against Wexford last year?! And realistcly Langton and Mahon aren't good enough for the U21 team nevermind the senior panel! Liam Langton came on as a sub v Kerry last Sunday, and vLaois in the league. In both games he scored, ...

Re: Offaly v Kerry, Leinster round robin, Sunday 22nd May

Well done to Offaly players and management on today's win. It was tough at times, but Offaly got there in the end. Now it's Laois on 5th June in Tullamore, and a chance for revenge. A good day for Offaly, with the minor footballers beating Wexford, to reach the semi finals. Footballers beat Longford...
