As far as results from last year on Offaly GAA website go,there was no relegation playoff played, yet there was 2 groups.. any word on what the story is?

But you can't strike a balance when the opposing players on the Galway and offaly teams are imbalanced. Galway have better hurlers. I think one or two more deserve a mention for example Sean Gardiner and Paddy Delaney.. Also if Eoghan Cahill is to be involved with a Senior inter county setup I do not think it will be outfield..
