To say the board haven't supported a ref is a little misleading in my opinion as the hearings committee are not under the control of the county board. Is it still the case that the full time coaches are answerable directly to Leinster council rather than the county? I know that caused problems in the past (not just in Offaly), with the county having a different view than the province on what they should be doing, with the province having the final...
