Re: Offaly Club Teams of the Year
Well you talk about players who are undeserved and your sceptical view on the Junior Team of The Year why are you questioning their ability and how much do you know about them from what you have saw ? Well if you read it back, you’ll find that I never questioned anyone’s ability. Well, with the pos...

Hello there. Which bit is clueless, just so I can try and defend myself if necessary.DeManFromFerbane wrote:HSM i question how many games you were at this season? You don't seem to know as much as you let on. Clueless.

Re: Offaly Club Teams of the Year
Anyway, in general, some very good points there lads, and I take them all on-board. I actually agree with the point that Daingean didn’t have too many stars and won the championship based on their collective performance. But I suppose that brings me back to my initial gripe, which was the selection ...

Apologies on that one.

Re: Offaly Club Teams of the Year
Yes that is the 'Gary Comerford' who used to play for Walsh Island & Offaly.townman wrote:is that the Comerford chap from Walsh Island who also played with offaly or is it his brother.
His brother Alan played with Walsh Island too. He might have played for the Offaly Juniors, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Re: Offaly Club Teams of the Year
I actually don’t have the newspaper myself either. Now, while I agree with most of the points made by Lone Shark, in so much that I completely understand the difficulty of selecting such a team and it being very much a matter of opinion from individual to individual, I have to say that Corrigan’s po...

Offaly Club Teams of the Year
Did anyone catch sight of the club teams of the year at Senior, Intermediate & Junior level, in the Tullamore Tribune last week? Did Mr. Corrigan select these teams on his own? I’d love to hear from him and find out what criteria he used for selecting the ‘Junior’ team for instance. Lone Shark, ...

Re: Transferring within the County
The GAA is really against these types of transfers because they assume that players are just moving to a bigger more successful club...they want you to stay with your local club. If memory serves John Kenny wanted to play for Tullamore back in the day & transfer from Daingain...and ended up not...

Does a wrap party not signal the end of something?
The site isnt closing down you know.
I'm having second thoughts about this party now. Michael Moore doesnt interest me. He should stick to selling cars.
Anyway, I just cannot find anything to wear.
Perhaps, it could it be a theme-party instead?

I think I can safely say that this is Flight MH370.
And in Pollagh too. I should have bloody known.

Re: football championship 2014
Ah stop! I’ve heard worse than that about Laz. Just today I heard that it was his idea to introduce the number 75 to the top row in Countdown, making it next to impossible to calculate the randomly generated number in only 30 seconds, especially when its anything over 400. Prick! Anyway, all joking ...
