Wingback
I hope Sid is utilized at wingback. From a team perspective it is his natural position. He seems to do the most damage there and will be able to score the long range frees. The opposition could pin him down in a position like CHB or fullback. He will be much too busy marking to be able to contribute...

The be careful what you ask for...

Qualifiers
Thanks for the heads up. This is a somewhat delicate issue in that complaining about a situation before it arises can tend to send the wrong message. However, complaining when there are 6 days before the next game begs the question of 'why was this not raised before?'. I'll look into it regardless. ...

6 days rest
Playing on 6 days rest when your opponents have 3 weeks to prepare is a complete joke. Hardly a level playing field. Its not as though the other teams in the qualifiers won a bye or anything. Quick question: Does anyone have contact information for the Offaly County Board? I'd like to get the 'offic...

No draws
Elimination of the possibility of a draw is one way to curb the championship. Extra time then 'golden score' if needed. Replays are a waste of time

No Post Game Discussion???
What the hell!!! I've never been involved in any sport where the manager/coach does not say something to the team afterwards (ever). Plenty of times I wished not to hear the wrap-up, but at least it proved that the coaches were watching (some of) the game. As a player I always appreciated that much....

Let's get 'em
A win is a win. We should be humble enough at this point for it not to get to our heads. To beat KK is a good thing regardless of time of year/conditions/commitment.
Hoping for an Offaly, Offaly, Philly triple this weekend. Wonder what the odds would be on such a wager?
