These proposals make a lot of sense and I hope they're proposed & adopted. I imagine some counties will feel a bit miffed though - Wexford after their great results in the last few Div 1 games and Limerick who think that they are promoted. Donal O'Grady would be ideal if possible. You can see the development in the way Limerick play the game and they're good mentally too - when Clare headed them down the stretch in the Division 2 final they just picked themselves up, drove on again and closed out the game.

Great display from 1 to 15. I was proud of Offaly tonight. They drove on through adversity when Monaghan came back to level in the first half and then kept their foot to the floor throughout the 2nd half.
