Worrying question

Posted on gaaboard.com -- I'm not an expert on the official Guide (never even seen a copy of it) but apparently Rule 11 (e) states that the Irish form of players names must be used on the official registration form and team sheets. This has led to some debate in our club (usually down in the pub) ab...

Not forgetting we're the only county to have won an All Star in every position in both football and hurling.

I thought Loughers was from Birr and used to bully Daithi Regan and Joe Errity in school?

What's the latest on the upcoming construction work?

Will the Brackens get the demolition contract?
We the public want to see "Demolishin in progress" signs erected, as seen outside the mill in Clara.

It's good for our footballers to be up against top (apart from Westmeath) teams for a change. The results from last year's championship demonstrated how teams who played in the top flight against better opposition were better able for championship pace. I presume the our hurling match against Kildar...

John McIntyre

John McIntyre Rumour has it he'll be taking over the Offaly manager's job. Personally I'd be happy to see him get another go. He was unlucky in 1997 the way fate conspired against him. The knives were sharpened within the county board for a couple of reasons. He was heavily criticised for picking a ...

The previous 10 minutes of grafting, possession and territorial domination was wiped out by one bad mistake. Rhode's attacking was often one-dimensional and poor. A lot of time they tried to drive ...
