Re: Offaly Club Hurling C'ship 2016

toxicity234 theres not a chance in hell Rynaghs will beat Birr by 7 or 8 points, yes they could win by 1 or 2 if they do. that Rynaghs forward line went 20 minutes without scoring yesterday plus Niall Wynne is not or never will be a forward, Birrs backs will have the messure of the Rynaghs 6 forward...

Re: Offaly Club Hurling C'ship 2016

the two games are even match, this is kinnittys chance to beat Birr in knock out hurling in donkeys years, if they can stop ball getting into Nolan, Cahill, and Brendan Murphy they could nick it, Birr have done well under Paddy Kirwin this is the second year to get to the last 4 under him, the only ...

Re: Offaly Club Hurling C'ship 2016

i;d say most people in clareen are wondering how i think it was James Mulrooney missed an open goal in the last puck of the game they had k/k on the ropes and out but yet again missed the boat, Dan Currams seems to be coming back to the form that he was in to k.k run to the club allireland a few yea...

Re: Advancement from Group Stages Football
Thanks for that. I would like to see some one other than Rhode win the Dowling Cup in 2016. Why is that, they are the only team that has done Offaly proud in the Leinster Club Champioship.

they didn't win it yet either. Gracefield, Walsh Island, and Ferban...

Re: Offaly v Dublin Leinster under21 final, Weds 6th July

hard luck to the players tonight, but one thing has to be adress is offaly is the lack of fitness in every team and grade in offaly. we seem to run out of steam in the second half in every game hurling and football minors like wise last night. anyway best team won Dublin were way the more skillful t...

Re: Offaly vs Wexford 2016 Hurling Qualifier - Saturday July

shocking second half took us 31 minutes to score from play in the second half. i hope the county board thanks Eamon Kelly for his year over us and wave him good bye. putting Joe Bergin midfield in the second half and then Niall Wynne fullback on McDonald was mind blowing stuff, our fullback line hav...

Re: U21 Hurling Championship.

just in home great win some lovely worked goals, forward line full of pace, Nolan, Kelly, Kiely took their goals well, Dylan Murray was very good from play and frees. Johnny O'Toole/Greene is some man to catch a ball build like a tank to go with it. Cillian Kiely went off near the end with a shoulde...

Re: Offaly vs Galway 2016 Leinster Semi-final - Sunday June

with Shortt and Camon out, you would think he would go right half back and maybe Mooney into the right corner back spot . i would think Galway will leave Canning in fullforward for the day if he and Mannion and Flynn hit a good day with our fullback line we are in trouble. anyway anything after the ...

Re: Offaly vs Westmeath 2016 Leinster Q-final - Sunday June

a big set back for that team had to be the worse half of football that offaly have played in a long time. another thing the side is lacking is a leader no one stood up to be counted , Niall Mac efford from the last free was crazy he just kicked it like he didn't give a sh.t . one step forward two st...

Re: Offaly v Laois LSHC Quarter-final, Sunday 5th June

great win revenge is sweet didn't see that winning margin coming, great displays from the backs sean Ryan in midfield and Connolly, Kinsella, in the forwards worked hard, Kiely coming on for the second half was a big lift and hurl well, also great to see Emmett Nolan back in the squad. fcuk what a d...

Re: Offaly v Laois LSHC Quarter-final, Sunday 5th June

its 50 50 hard to know who will win it, if you look back on offalys displays since they beat wexford in the league they went down hill fast, at home to limerick, kerry in birr, the no turn up in nowlan park, the worse display in that i can remember in mullinger, carlow best forgot about, and the las...
