Ballycumber
Lot of question marks over Ballycumber if you ask me. Ger Egan is just not a midfielder, and never will be. He wasn't yesterday anyway. Rory Guinan has gone back a long way as well from the lad that burst on to the scene a couple of years ago. I'd have liked to have seen the full back line tested to...

Dublin on Sunday
This game should have been played in Tubber, but never mind ..... :) Westmeath aren't going to win anything up in Castlebar, much less by any kind of margin. I think we should be trying things out this week. Here's the team I'd pick: Kelly Froggy Rafferty Grennan Mooney Brady Keane Grennan Daly Hunt...

Grennan?
Garvan and Clancy would have a field day against that midfield. You may get Jim Grennan in there somewhere, certainly once this yellow card bollix is over and done with, never to be seen again.

Long Ball.
The break won't happen if we just sit back and let the forwards do the work. Maybe throw in Grennan or someone up there, and just have him come back up the field for kickouts. It's a soccer technique, and would need a lot of honing, but it could work.

Relegation
I think it's hard to see us surviving now. Cork looked very decent against Tyrone, and Donegal will take no end of confidence from beating Kerry.
We needed at least a point there. Ourselves and the Lake County scum to go down I'd say.

You'll need a speaker/earphones, but it's possibly the most arse-breakingly funny thing ever.

McManus
Sure doesn't Ciarán do that job anyway? Leave one of Daly or Grennan in there beside him and let McManus pound it into the lads from midfield. If Paschal's not able to win 50/50 ball against the likes of McGinley then he may give up.

Aye
Why in the namajaysus are we still playing on the building site in Tullamore for these upcoming league games?
Would Gracefield or somewhere not be a lot better for these games? God knows Cork will bring feck all up, you could bring that one to Tubber.

I believe he is huair for the women too.......he will fit in nicely with the offaly bies so!!! You'd think they'd just sort themselves out and win that feckin Leinster Championship they've been threatening for years so. The women around Tullamore haven't had heroes to throw themselves at for years,...

It depends - people have an appetite for bad news. Knowing our county board, the casualty rate could be just as high at the county board meeting.

From the sublime to the ridiculous
This board has been up a while now, and the top 2 most posted on topics are:
(1) The Co. Board Convention
Very high brow and showing a good level of interest in the administration of the games.
(2) Robots.

That's a great picture all right.
You'd see both of those types in the Cat and Bagpipes of a Friday night.
