The RESULTS are all that matter
It will be interesting to see how those who received the rejection letter react. Hopefully they will think about why the management let them go. For those that do not believe their career is at an end I hope they see fit to post the letter where they can see it every day and take the actions necessa...

Ratings
The lower the better at this stage.
We have a decent team, but plenty of challenges.
Progress will be easy enough to gauge.

Depends
If he is playing over there, staying fit, still interested...heaven knows there is more to life than football.
How old is he?

Thanks Ballyman!
Any speculation as to how motivated he might be to see if the tri-color still fits?

Snoop
On the Snoop video. I can't make out the Carroll's Meat clearly, but if it can be great. But unless people are absolutely certain about the Carroll's Meat on the front of that jersey there could be another possible explanation. I was walking through Penn Station NYC late one night to catch my train ...

Agree
Referee assaulting is very rare in my neck of the woods. If it happened in my (soccer) club I have no doubt of a lifetime ban would be imposed in addition to the scorn of the whole community. Good luck to them getting involved with any other sports, word travels fast. As to criminal charges, if its ...

Birr V Shamrocks
Thanks for the review thoughts guys.
Too removed to add anything useful.
Good luck to Birr.
As some say:
No chance of success, certain embarrassment...when do we get started.
Hoping the Offaly spirit gives the tired legs spring enough to keep it close.

Dooley and Pilkington
Good news.
Wish Johnny D well.
Wouldn't have thought Johnny P would be interested in managing. Would have to think he could inspire loyalty and everyone will know where they stand...
Thinking of Johnnies - what is John Troy up to these days?

Evans
Is Evans home already?
I hope so...
Would be a big boost if he can return to his previous form.

'Battle of Tulla' - could you or someone expand on this event a little?
This would have been just before I began following GAA. It sounds like a significant event.
Thanks.

The Bare Biffo
Thanks for bringing this up. Particularly noteworthy for me is your mention of Martin Fitzpatrick in the half forwards. Martin is my second cousin. It is due to he and his extended family that I and my family are Offaly supporters today as opposed to Kildare, Galway, Roscommon, Sligo, Waterford, Tip...

Celtic Jersey
Saw the same exact Jersey at a festival in Hunter Mountain, New York on Saturday. The only difference was that it had 'Celtic' instead of Kerry on it.
