Re: Offaly vs Tipperary - 2014 All-Ireland SHC qualifier Rou

Offaly fought hard and showed more spirit in the second half than at any stage against Kilkenny and got the margin back to four points. Their basic problem is they’re just not fit enough, and Wexford have shown you need a standard of conditioning and endurance if you’re going to compete at the top ...

Re: CB wouldn't have thought of this

Any idea what the outlay for each member is?

And is there any similar figures available from Club Faithful?

Travelled to Longford and will travel to this to get behind the lads.

Re: Offaly v Kilkenny

There is a 3/4 size fully floodlit artificial surface in croghan (St Brigids) also. The surface is very good and most teams would get a great training session done on it. It was installed at the expense of the club themselves and i see regular mentions in their club notes that the facility can be re...

Re: A trip down memory lane - 2003

Showing bias here, but in my opinion what happened POK at time was nothing short of a disaster.

Had a clear plan, had earned his shot having served his time under Tommy Lyons and should have been given a decent chance.

Re: Leinster Under 21 Football

I had a pep in my step leaving Athy the other night. Any time Kildare are beaten, especially over on my side of the County, is a very good day. Aside from that the performance was exceptional. Playing against a side with a clear physical advantage Offaly took to the task with vigour. Forceful and mo...

Re: Football League Division 3 2014

Having attended the game yesterday I walked out of O'Connor Park particularly crestfallen. I don’t believe that the current Offaly team are as bad as what i witnessed yesterday, and Christ Almighty was it bad. I take on board that Cavan were well set up, had got adequate physical conditioning, their...
