OffalysFuture, identifying and slating people like that is very bad form. While we all have Offaly's best interests at heart, I don't see what good comes out of personal attacks. Claims like your 80% people of Offaly players say McIntyre hasn't a clue. Unless you've conducted a thorough survey and ...

i've no chip on my shoulder.. i am just telling it the way it is. Its very easy after sunday for people to make judgements but i tell it the way it is now. You cant get rid of players just for the sake of it and bring in players that havent been coached properly and arent good enough and expect them...

Tommy walsh, henry shefflin, jj delaney, richie power etc didnt just wake up one morning and become great players. They attended academys, colleges, underage panels, etc where they were coached properly and correctly. And you can say offaly have all the above - yes they do but they arent been coache...

no you miss my point and my point is this that those players have more potential than any of the other players on the offaly panel apart from the ten i mentioned. Intercounty management is all about man management. go to Cork and ask them what they think of donal o grad and john allen? read brin cor...

they would make no difference in the current set up, but any of the players that i have mentioned at their full potentail are better than most players on the present panel at their full potential. As for the current team the following have proved at some stage over the last 5 years that at senior in...

The club championship is where Offaly hurlers prove themselves Birr have been the dominant force in club hurling for the last decade, so , why isnt the best hurlers on the panel? The way half of this years Offaly panel was picked was by 30 lads coming in and playing 3 practice games and a few train...

have to say that O'Meara would be one of the first names on my teamsheet as well. He's aggressive, tight and has been the best out and out defender in the Offaly club championship for a couple of years now in my humble opinion. All that said, I've no idea how the lads are shaping up in training, so...

My own opinion of the game on Sunday is that Offaly havent a hope in hell. I would go further to say that Sunday will be the biggest beating that Offaly have ever received from Kilkenny. Its great that people send their best wishes on this form, but best wishes wont be worth anything come throw in t...

Hurling Team Named
Offaly have made one change from the side that defeated Laois for their Leinster SHC semi final clash with reigning All-Ireland champions Kilkenny at Portlaoise on Sunday. David Franks replaces Brendan O’Meara at left corner back. Kilkenny, who are due to name their team on Friday night, have an inj...

i dont know what people think of the final be cancelled but i have to agree with kilcormac Killoughey, with guys about to do their leaving cert this game shouldnt go ahead and i am glad it didnt What annoys me is that Birr are looking to be given the title. How pathetic is that. go out and win the g...

Good win today well done lads. I have to say Laois were very very poor. But thats not Offalys fault. Really hard to take much from the game Positive Good Free Taking By Murray Midfield Worked Hard Good Scoring Negative Goal Keeper Very Dodgy Backs Fouled Alot when put under pressure. Aim was to win ...

So what do you think? Right, firstly i am aware that this is a forum that anybody can make comments, and like other forums some people will be just on to talk rubbish and post nonsense comments. It would be great if this could be changed as i see that there is people that have alot of time for Offa...
