It appears that the galway Co board offered to play offaly in ocp this weekend on the proviso this would start a home and away arrangement, and the Co board turned it down. It really is ridiculous to think that Sheedy has his hand in our till and yet he was not even present for our first round of the championship. It's not the the fault of the Tipperary men that we have fallen so low, but they have accepted the task of trying to reverse the decline.
