Could someone let us know, as soon as it becomes known, where the terrace tickets are for?
I presume we'll get the the Nally Terrace to ourselves, or are the Hill tickets being allocated higgledy piggledy.

Congrats to the Offaly crowd yesterday...
...who roared their approval when Thomas Deehan kicked a "point" that was a few inches wide.
This prompted the unsure umpire to reach for his flag and wave a point.
We can congratulate ourselves on being the 16th man!

Now that the Hill is sectioned, I presume we'd get the Nally terrace? I don't think we'd have much to worry about with the Dubs. It's a well sectioned off area from the rest of the Hill. Most of them are grand, a few gobsh1tes excepted. I've experienced a few who on seeing an Offaly jersey seem to t...

More confident Leix journalism. This taken from the Laois Nationalist a couple of weeks ago: http://www.laois-nationalist.ie/news/story.asp?j=23216 The dream of a glitzy Leinster semi-final double header has been quashed due to wrangling out of Laois and Dublin’s control. The O’Moore’s aren’t compla...

Another meltdown for the hurlers
I can't understand what's going on with the Offaly hurlers at the moment. This year, I'd hoped for a some form of backlash following the 31 point defeat to Kilkenny. All the vibes seemed right. Training very early in the year, a very scientific approach to physical conditioning, all the players seem...

also, i have resigned myself to the fact that offaly supporters are possibly the worst set of 'fans' for showing up to matches. yesterday was a great chance to get out in numbers and we let the team down. we had a small pocket in the hogan, a bit of a larger pocket in the cusack and decent numbers ...

Back in a Leinster final
Congratulations to our footballers who have done the county proud in reaching the Leinster final. After all the heartbreaking defeats in this decade, it seems we are finally atoning for the wrongs of the past. Also the management team have taken a lot of flak in the past, but they deserve a lot of c...

Mattie Forde
If Wexford had managed to steal a win yesterday, with Forde having supplied the scores, I would have been absolutely livid. Hopefully he'll get a lengthy ban for his cowardly act. I am surprised that the incident wasn't censored from the big screen. The ref couldn't look at the screen and then make ...

As good a hand as we have. Damien Hunt could prove himself. The Shaper won't lack for effort, hopefully the game will go well for him and if not we have a couple of options on the bench. Sean Ryan may be a good impact sub, but I think he needs another year of prep work. His pace is great, but he mak...
