Re: Senior B Hurling 2018
Was at the Clodiagh Gaels game myself. Great game for excitement but lacked that bit of quality. Carrig missing Conor Freeman who has gone to America for the summer I’m hearing and I’m not sure if they were missing more. Clodiagh Gaels were missing 7 players who would have been involved either start...

Re: Newspaper Articles
It’s all lies about Paul Rouse apparently. Pat Nolan said on twitter that Tommy Byrne hasn’t spoken to him yet about taking over full time

Re: U21 Hurling
I agree, the lack of south offaly selection just shows where effort was being put into 10 to 14 years ago. Is there is a player from the south not on it that should be on it? Nobody from KK on it? I seen them in minor 2 years ago and Ryan at center back was excellent and Stephen Leonard I taught wo...

Re: Offaly Senior Hurlers Championship Thread
I don’t think we have seen the best from this Offaly team yet. Can’t fault the lads from 1-9 but the forward seem a bit off the pace or something is not right at times. I don’t know maybe the cohesion just is not there from lack of playing together over a number of years. When the forwards do click ...

Re: Offaly Senior Footballers Championship Thread
Ah what’s going on at all? The man who said Offaly football was in crisis has not said a word since Monday. As a recent poster said on this, all of the interviews Mr Gavin has given since Sunday have all had different answers. Who is actually telling the truth here? Nigel Dunne says he was on the te...

Well the last line of that letter worked out well for them to not be published by the media and here we go it’s out in the open. The whole thing is a shambles

https://www.independent.ie/sport/gaelic-games/gaelic-football/offaly-deny-rising-star-cian-johnson-his-senior-dream-36883873.html I didn’t actually realise this was a rule brought in through our own county board and not nationally like I first thought. I can see the point the county board are trying...

Re: Offaly Senior Hurlers Championship Thread
Was talking to a fella who happened to be at the game. The score was more like 2-28 to 1-25 or there abouts. 0-12 apiece at half time and Oisin Kelly got the Offaly goal. From what I was told it was a near full strength waterford team. Offaly relatively strong while also missing players. 1. Eoghan C...

Re: 2018 NHL
I think at present we have the luxury to put a full second string team. I don’t know how close to fitness any of these players are but I’d hope to see them on the panel for Sunday. Sean Ryan, Enda Grogan and Podge Guinan are back training at the moment and Brendan Murphy was brought in. I’m sure we’...
