Re: Offaly Hurling Panel 2011 - Thanks
Turenne, it's all about timing, perspective and showing class in victory or defeat.
Best of luck to the panel for the season to come.

Re: Joe hits out at County Board
Someone is going to look silly before all this is over. I suspect in this dispute there will be no winners.

Re: Offaly vs Westmeath NFL 10/04/2011
This was a good game with some good scores and good football. We were close at the end and at one point down it appeared Bracken was fouled but no free was given and Westmeath kicked over their last point. However, we didn't score enough or frequently enough to win this game. Many of Westmeath's sco...

Re: 1998 Offaly v Clare
The trilogy against Clare was superb. It was the real deal. There was no topping it, even the final that year which was obviously fantastic, just didn't top the third Clare match. I remember standing on the pitch after the AI final in 98 and a thought came to my head that it would be a long long tim...

Re: General Election time

Re: Brian Cowen's legacy of failure as Taoiseach
I feel your pain but the simple fact is that every single adult in this county was at fault for what happened, everyone benefited from what happened and now we all want none of the blame. There are so many people out there who bought 2 homes, had 2 cars and 2 holidays. It was their greed and their ...
