Re: Rhode Have new manager
This is a disgrace, I am a Rhode man through and through and could not beleive this was allowed to happen, the Executive should not have allowed this, the general rule is that you put your name on a notice board that it is your intention to run for a particular post in the club and on the night of t...

Re: offaly 2013
The one player i would go for is Thomas O'Connor because he has been shafted by McGeeney all year in Kildare, always taken off regardless of how he is playing, if I was McDonnell I would approach O'Connor and have a chat, nothing to lose???

I agree, this will be a tough test for the Rhode men but playing in Tullamore will be a big advantage to them.

Re: Offaly Men going well in Kildare
Well Paschal's Moasterevin won the Kildare intermediate by 1-10 to 0-07, so a good weekend all round for the Rhode man, I see that Monasterevin are the other side of the draw to St. Brigids so can't meet ontil the final.

Laochra Gael
A repeat but well worth watching again: SUNDAY 14 OCTOBER 1:55pm Laochra Gael: Na Coimhlintí This series takes a look back at the classic Kerry v Offaly saga of the early 80's. A golden era for Kerry, but dramatically denied that historic five-in-a-row by Offaly. With revealing interviews from Jac...

The three lads are still going well, Stephen Darby's Carbury are in the Senior final against Sarsfields affter beating county champios Athy by 0-15 to 0-12, Pascal Kellaghan's Monasterevin are in the intermediate final against Richie Connors Raheens after both winning their semi Finals. Also if carb...

Re: Club football championship
Anton Sullivan's injury woes continue with him dislocating his shoulder again in training this week, could be out for another 6-9 months or more, will be a massive loss to Offaly and especially Rhode.
