Loughnane is spot on. The likes of Regan throwing a big sulk on twitter again at GL. Regan's own son is involved with Leinster rugby which kinda symbolises where Offaly hurling is at.

John Allen or any other manager worth their salt wouldn't come near Offaly unless there was serious money being put up. Maybe the County Board can spend the hurling development budget on an outside manager.
