Re: Emigration
Not sure if there has been a thread about this and I know it is a topic overly discussed these days, but I just wanted to find out how it has affected Offaly clubs personally? For instance, my own club has been hit very hard. 3 players from last years starting team have emigrated thus far and we ha...

Sorry I stand corrected, only 3 subs were used and not the full bench.banjo wrote:Spoke to someone who was at the match he said Ryan only used 3subs makes little of the rest of the bench especially when they won by51 points

Re: Offaly Minors
Waste of time is right. At least I hope all possible subs got a long run out? Yes they emptied the bench! The funny thing is I walked in after 5 minutes and it was 1.1 to 1.0...was preparing myself for a battle! The panel would have been best off having a match organised tomorrow or sunday against ...

Re: Relegated
And do u not think the hurlers r not out drinkin a couple of nights before the clare game hence the result. It seems to be a problem in offaly at the moment. Both cooney and baker need to leave these guys to party. A contingent had pints in hand at the Limerick Race Day the Thursday before the Clar...

Re: Offaly Minors
Anyone know if Offaly minors won today and what was the team They won by 5 points against Wicklow in Arklow. Unfortunately they will not progress from the group even though they were undefeated! Their score difference was inferior to that of Dublin. A 24 point victory today was what was required to...

Re: The Great Escape is On
Great result yesterday! To battle back from 4 points down at half time and with 14 men for the 2nd half and come out on the right side by 2 points is a brilliant result! I Heard John Maloney had a stormer at centre back with 2 points and that the general work ethic of the team was a joy to behold. T...
