What he says and what he thinks would be different I'd say. He wants the Dublin job in due course and succes with westmeath would help him in attaining objective. He needs all u20s to play and probably wants that to happen. Not an easy decision and unfortunate to be in thst situation.

Not from the county boards perspective in regards to the seniors as its the only realistic competition offaly can win after the national league. U20 b competition is not going to be taken any way seriously, especially if those players are in college with exams etc coming up.

That's one way to look at a 16 point victory. Dublin are not your typical team they will not be happy with today and will view it as a rusty performance.
