Re: Hurling Managers and predictions
Horan will do well with Rynaghs. He has a good record as a player and manager. He is known as a great leader and very very well respected. And a big plus for them is he will get the most out of Diarmuid which alot of managers have failed to do. Rynaghs are expected to win a championship and lets be...

Re: Junior A Hurling
Was at the game sunday, very entertaining match given the conditions. In the first half it looked as if kinnity might win easily after leading 7pts to 1 but it was clear that the wind was picking up and they really did need to go in at half time with more than a 3pt lead. They were unlucky not to ge...

Re: Junior A Hurling
I see the final for this is fixed for sunday 23rd in OCP @ 1.45pm as Part of a double header with the intermediate final. Should be 2 good games of hurling. Junior final in particular should be a cracker judging by the two semi finals.

Re: Junior A Hurling
was at the rynaghs clareen game. It must be said this was a great game of hurling considering the conditions. The weather suited clareen the better as it slowed the game down and they looked like they were going to spring a surprise half way through the second half. It was nip and tuck until a mix u...

Re: Junior A Hurling
il go for these! Thursday 28th K/K v Shinrone, cant see a whole pile between these two so im going to side with the draw. should be a good game though as this should decide who tops the group. Re: Offaly Senior Hurling Club Championship 2011
I heard that young Clancy did not get selected on the Rynaghs Senior Panel. As he is also on the Offaly Minor football Panel, he will now probably just concentrate on Senior Club Football this year. The Third Goal scored by Adrian Hunes from Clareen would not have caused any bother to a reliable go...

Re: Offaly Senior Hurling Club Championship 2011
in response to the rynaghs goalkeeping situation, I just saw the team there in the paper and Im very surprised that young clancy isnt in goals for them! I know he's young but having seen him playing with the county minors he is a very steady goalkeeper and good shotstopper.

Re: Offaly vs Tippearly NHL Round 4 13/3/2011
I actually thought tipptopper25 sumed up offaly hurling to a tee. we are in a very dark place. club hurling is of a very poor standard in this county, players dont seem to want to play for the county and i cant see any drastic turnaround in the foreseeable future
