Intermediate Football

Did anybody make it to the Intermediate football semi's yesterday? It seems KK look strong following a good win over Cappincur and it's pretty typical of Durrow to fall at the penultimate hurdle despite being favourites going in against Shamrocks.

Who are people tipping to win the final?

Re: offaly senior hurling squad 2012

what additional players do we think should be brought into the fray for the county this season? surely damien murray, trevor corcoran, eoin ryan and barry teehan need to be thrown in.. also brian watkins was impressive for birr. one or two rynaghs lads deserve a shot after their improvement last sum...

Re: Intermediate Football Championship 2011

st.brigids have to be the outright favourites to win inter.. young players coming through like cian donoghue... they are the only team in inter that would pose any real threat to the average senior team at this time...raheen, birr, durrow are good inter teams but would not be able for senior

Re: Senior Hurling Championship 2011 Predictions

greenwhiteandgold you are right. I forgot about Shinrone altogether  , they are a good young team and any club team with the likes of cordial will always have that raw edge. definitely a team to watch out for the next few years

Re: Offaly Championship Highlight of 2010

thats a very good point townman .
however being at that match i feel coolderry were hard done by on a good few decisions.. that beig said an offaly team should never be losing to a wastemeath team with all due respect
if coolderry were to play the same team next year i'd be confident!
