Just for anyone who hasn't seen the fixture, we are hosting Thomastown in the Leinster Club JHC Quarter Final on Sunday at 2:30pm. Despite the recent inclement weather, conditions are perfect in Lusmagh and we're looking forward to a big day. Come along for a look if you get a chance.

With the last of the adult county finals due to be wrapped on Sunday with the Junior A and B hurling deciders, attention will soon switch to the provincial club championships. Haven't seen it on Offaly website yet but just to let anyone thinking of attending know, the SHC Relegation Final between Shamrocks and Drumcullen has been moved back 30 minutes to avoid a direct clash with the Camogie final and will now throw in at 4:30 pm in Lusmagh.

Well lads, it's Friday and things are starting to come back to near normal in Lusmagh. It's been a whirlwind week, the like of which you couldn't even imagine was possible and one that will never be forgotten. Anyone attending the camogie semi-finals tomorrow will see how mad we went on colour ...

Lusmagh v Coolderry will hardly go ahead at Rath given that Drumcullen are playing Tullamore at the same time elsewhere. Surely they know by now that Drumcullen and Rath are one and the same. Ditto for the Ballinamere v Ballyskenagh match fixed for Kilcormac.

Shamrocks v Kilcormac and Coolderry v Kinnitty double header this evening has been switched to Lusmagh, first game throws in at 6pm.

For anyone thinking of attending, please note that our IHC game this evening v K/K will now be played in Banagher.

Lets face it, we have not paid out big money to Senior managers in the county and with the burden of paying off OConnor park, we are just breaking even.

Carrig/Riverstown v St.Rynaghs IHC game fixed for Saturday in Kinnitty has been moved to this evening and will throw in at 7:30pm in Lusmagh.

Just to let everyone know incase it doesn't appear on the county website, Coolderry v Shamrocks game on Thursday evening has been moved to Lusmagh.

Just a note for anyone who may be going to our game v Clara in the Intermediate hurling championship this evening. The match will now be played in Banagher, with throw in unchanged at 7:30pm

Apart from a couple of showers along the way, it was a great day out. We raised almost €500 for a good cause (with donations still coming in) so it was well worth the effort.
