The whole tullamore backline have a case to be on the county panel? Give me a break rocket. And the forwards? O'Grady is dangerous. Dooley? I'm not so sure. He grabbed the headlines after the semi final but realistically, only contributed in scores from play when clara were in "out and Out atta...

and didnt let the tuggery phase them. Only one man threw a punch. Kieran Hogan. Only one manager got involved. Phil O'Rielly. There was a blood sub and Rouse came in and did one thing. Start fighting. Clara were as much to blame in the fights, but don't try and say Tullamore were innocent. Gearoid ...

I like to take the South Park view on this which is "either all of it is up for ridicule or none of it is" I definitely agree. I mean, just coz he insulted Offaly, we all get up in a huff. He's very funny, and if we'd seen this show and he'd used another county instead of Offaly, i'd say ...

It's because he's confident of championship football until September, and needs a holiday between now and then. :D

I'm not sure about Sullivan "always delivering to a Rhode man first" - it stands to reason that Alan Mc, as our main midfield playmaker, and Niall as our main scoring outlet would receive a proportionately high amount of deliveries, as opposed to our half forwards for argument's sake. I'd...

Shane Sullivan - Still not playing as well as he can, but I can appreciate the perseverance with him at centre back - it has potential so it's worth a little patience. Why?? He always takes to much out of the ball, followed by a handpass to Alan Mc. He runs into trouble and rarely kicks a long ball...

Apparantly this isn't as simple as that. From what i heard...and i wasn't at the game, Kasey was sent off for a second yellow. No suspension, but after being sent off he verbally abused the ref. The ref then reported this, so it's not as simple as the category II or category IV affair...then again i...

Just a few things about the match on sunday, alot of which has already been said but here goes... Have to agree with an earlier poster about the rhode players, but in particular Alan Mac and Shane Sullivan. Both seem to have to take a hop and a solo every single time they get the ball, run into trou...

Sean Ryan, James Coughlan, Niall Mc, Thomas Deehan and Ken Casey in the forwards. There's not really much muscle there! But maybe we'll see Offaly run with the ball a lot more, because there's no point in hoofing it in to the forwards. Tommo and Niall are both tough and well capable of winning thei...

Offaly vs Leitrim

So i'm going to Carrick, probably alone as seemingly the oval ball in Cardiff is taking precedence this week. After all "it's only Leitrim" is what i keep hearing. So just wondering will the shark be present and where it might be situated so i can join ye, as i don't want to be attacked by...

Word on Ross is that he's transferred - done and dusted. Not so sure. I heard Edenderry are really digging their heels in... But word is that Clara are going to argue that he never actually transfered from Clara in the first place. On the Championship side of things... It is hard to see Rhode being...

Haven't time to write much on the match as it's 3.40 am and i've a lecture at ten in the mornin. Have to say, the lads played well in patches. Opened a nice lead against the wind in the first half. But scoring only 1 point for 20 minutes in the second half put us under fierce pressure. That being sa...

I know you'll say i'm letting my clara heart rule over my head, but to question tommo's strike rate is a bit unfair. As far as i can remeber, coming out of croke park twice last year, tomo scored more from play than niall. Maybe i'm wrong, but as i was sure Mac outscored tommo with frees in those ga...
