Re: Additions to County panels Football and Hurling

Roscommon will surely lose a few so. They always have had one or two Galway players playing on parental rules.

Re: Offaly Hurling 2020

I hear Martin Dolphin from Portumna has been called into the hurling panel. As offaly are now playing in the 3rd tier of the hurling championship they are allowed 5 players from outside the county, without them getting a transfer to an Offaly club. Not sure if this is a progressive move for the pan...

Re: Offaly GAA Club Map

Just a quick update. I was working away at it but I've a hit a bump in the road in the form of a technical problem. Should have it fixed by Friday at the latest. I'd really appreciate any little bit of guidance regarding what areas such as electoral divisions and townlands fall into a club's catchme...

Re: Offaly GAA Club Map

Hi, was looking to make a map outlining the various club territories in both football and hurling. I'd really appreciate any help in the form of PMs, or by outlining which townlands belong to which clubs, particularly in the parishes that contain multiple teams. It looks like it'll take a while to ...

Re: Offaly GAA Club Map

Hi Salmon, and welcome. Something like this was discussed here a few years back. It would be worth your while to peruse that thread here: http://www.uibhfhaili.com/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7084 Thanks. Having a look at a few of them, it's looking like townlands are the way to go. Some elector...

Re: Offaly GAA Club Map

Clodiagh Gaels is a club based in the Killeigh/Killurin area of Co. Offaly, catering for adult football and hurling. Footballers are drawn from the Killeigh and Killurin areas, while the hurling teams can pick from the whole parish, including Raheen, Geashill, and Ballinagar areas. Raheen and Balli...

Re: Football Club Boundaries

Thanks for that. It could take a while. I imagine the finer details and borders will consume a fair bit of time. PMs welcome from anyone with knowledge on any club's territory.
Should be interesting anyway.

Re: Offaly U20s Football

It was Cathal Donaghue who made the run and had a decent game and a fine year. Struggled against Meath at midfield , and Meaths height in the forward line had us under pressure also. Lot of players will be disappointed with their performances but couldn't fault the effort. Our 3 teams have only bee...
