Re: Walsh Cup 2016

Kevin you and most of the guys on this site have always been anti Birr, yes you will say your not but you are. The photo you put up is quite funny why not put up a picture of the stand full? I was in OCP Saturday for the Lusmagh game and the pitch was no different to the Birr pitch. The Birr pitch i...

Re: Walsh Cup 2016

Can we change the name of this website to north Offaly supporters club or OCP supporters club?it sounds like to me that you guys would only be delighted if 50 people turned up Sunday which is wrong we are all in this together. I am just delighted for the Birr club who have went in and done alot of w...

Re: Walsh Cup 2016

Sad to hear the news of Nolan dropping off the panel, we don't have a huge pick so he is a big loss.
All roads lead to Birr sunday, I imagine there will be a decent crowd at the game, and I think its only fair to the new committee in Birr to show how hard work pays off.

Re: Offaly Schools Hurling

Are Offaly schools in the leinster A colleges championship? Where are St.Brendans now? Did I hear they have dropped back to B, if so it shows us really where Offaly underage is at the minute...Joe Bergin, Paul Cleary Brian Watkins and Diarmuid Horan were only some of the the players who played in an...

Re: Brian Carroll retires

Sam a number of players were cut from the panel last week, C Mahon was one of them. Also Shane Dooley will not hurl till he is 38 just because his father did, Dooley because of the way he is built has another 3 or 4 seasons at most with the intercounty set up. Also best of luck to Brian Caroll in re...

No but i do go to most Offaly games even when they are in OCP, both football and hurling, and that is from a Birr man.

Re: Walsh Cup 2016

Looking forward to the Killkenny game now in 2 weeks, in the home of hurling as the fella says. There was no point letting a college team that probably hasn't met in 3 weeks to dig it up now was there.
How many was at the game in OCP,
200 people I believe.☺

Re: Leinster Club Championship

I find it strange that lusmagh wasn't given the game in the first place..I heard it was deemed not safe enough?? Is this true..because if it is then they give them the match when they realise tullamore might be dug up ahead of the leinster final tomorrow.

Re: U21 football management 2016

Boland and co are at it again. It's a shame people won't go forward against these people and get involved at board level, as long as they are in charge we will remain to be a laughing stock.
