i wasnt aware the 71/72 team were so young.. was great to win 2 but you would imagine they were really only getting into their prime in 73/74/75 shud have beat dublin a few times them years.. but dublin came i suppose and we were 2nd fiddle..

its was a great programme .well balanced between county,club,and family life. i always said he took over joachims job as the "engine" of the team. the other thing that struck me was the amount of ground hurling went on them times. it was great to watch. id share his view on the 95 leinster...

looks a strange move to me. getting a guy who worked underage a good few years ago.schools underage to a "top" club is a huge jump. was there no one more suitable ?.

the clubs in dublin are bigger entitys than most countys. i see kilmacud crokes took nearly 900k inmembership fees last year. family membership 4500e in some cases. and people quing up to join...

were in div 3 .and not able to get out of it. antrim westmeath and kerry are in div 2. they are too strong for us. thats the plain facts of it. we have to accept it.
